    白菜炒豆腐干

    有人说我生活腐败,因为blog里面都是吃的,我说那是因为你没仔细看文章,我明明说了这里记菜谱的。。。

    做菜多了就很少再去google菜谱了,拍拍脑袋想起来啥就做啥啦。还是要先说,我很懒,大家牢记在心,所以菜谱都是懒人菜谱。

    豆腐干就是超市买的那种炸豆腐。

    主料:白菜,炸豆腐
    辅料:鸡精,盐,老抽,醋,蒜,(干辣椒)

    1.干辣椒扔油锅里炸炸,没有也无所谓,蒜入锅爆香。
    2.白菜切条啊片啊的扔进去炒炒,加盐和鸡精,一点醋。此处不用加太多,主要是让白菜先入味。
    3.炸豆腐切块扔进去。然后放少许老抽煮煮。翻翻锅,根据口味再决定加盐。

    出锅哇。因为豆腐本身就是熟的所以不用炒太久。

    是不是很简单啊!!!
    可是咋就那么好吃呢!!!
